This is the last of the 5 cases in which Pacos lot appealed against judgments for debt.
The important point about this is that in all 5 cases the judge ruled that whichever side anyone pays to, Paco or us, they are classed as having paid the Community, so for the time being, at least we cannot just add the debt back onto their account !!! They have paid … end of !! Rosario strongly disagrees with this ruling, but it stands and there is no appeal.
This means we can accept Spanish or any other Owners back to paying us, and write off what they have paid the other side ( with proof obviously) without any meetings, AGM or Committee. However if any of these Owners have been taken to court for debt and we have won, this means they have paid twice, and they must reclaim the money they paid Paco from him.
This is why Paco is still trying to get people to pay him, because HE knows this.
